Completing the registration form at Merkandi does not grant an access to the trade platform. The user’s account is being activated after he or she will make the payment for his or her subscription. How long does the proccedure take, then?
It simply depends on the payment method and payment date. All users’ accounts are being activated during our working hours: 9:00-16:00, from Monday to Friday.
Instant payments like credit card payment (serviced by Skrill) or Paypal payment during our working hours result with almost instant user’s account activation. In most cases, it takes approx. 15 minutes at most, starting from the registration at Merkandi b2b trade platform to end with user’s account activation. If the payment is made outside our working hours, then the account will be activated next business day morning.
Transfer wire takes more time, so the awaiting time is longer. Usually, it will take at least 1 business day, so please mind that while choosing the payment option at Merkandi.
