This is a very helpful option, because we all forgot passwords to our users’ accounts from time to time. Of course, You can always contact us during our working hours, and we will help You with logging in straight-away. Nevertheless, You can also restore Your password on Your own.
1. Go to logging panel: http://merkandi.com/login/ and click the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” link.
2. You will be directed to: http://merkandi.com/login/forgotpassword/.
3. Now, all You need to do is to enter Your primary email address, linked with Your account at Merkandi. When You click the NEW PASSWORD button, the system will send You a newly generated password and You will be able to log in.
4. It is not a required step, but if You would like to change Your password afterwards, then please go to http://merkandi.com/user/account/ MY PERSONAL DETAILS section of Your account at Merkandi and type down a new password twice. To confirm changes, just click the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the section.
