My IP has been blocked – what should I do?

Some time ago, we have developed a security modification at Merkandi. Currently, if You will enter an incorrect password 3 times in a row, the system will block Your IP. Obviously, it is only a temporary blockade, which lasts for 60 minutes.

From now on, a following message is being displayed when You enter an incorrect password.

If You will not enter a correct password in Your next attempts, then You will eventually have Your IP blocked for 60 minutes.

Now, what can You do if Your IP has been blocked?

1) You can wait 60 minutes and then generate a new password with the “forgotten password option”, which is available here.

2) You can contact us during our working hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-16:00) and give us Your IP. We will unblock it manually, in order to enable You instant access to Your Merkandi account. To check Your IP, please try to log in one more time. The system will display it as a result of Your logging attempt (as shown in the second picture).
