One of the basic features of Merkandi b2b trade platform is companies’ verification. Only when companies’ certficates will be verified, selling options will be launched. How to do that?

If You are not a member of Merkandi, then You have to register first. Selling options are available for VIP-registered users only, so You should choose this type of subscription, if You would like to present Your offers at our website. For creating an account, please go to registration at Merkandi link.
We will notify You via email about Your account’s activation, and usually it takes approx. 1 business day since payment.
Uploading documents of incorporation
When Your account will be activated, just go to the logging subsite and enter Your login and password. For uploading documents, please go to “MY PERSONAL DETAILS” section of Your Merkandi account. The upload option is available in “OTHER INFORMATION” line, just click the “SELECT” button and choose the file:
The system will allow You to upload one document only, so before You will do it, please check if it includes all required information. The other option is to merge couple of documents into a single pdf. There are lots of software for this purpose, and You shouldn’t have any problem with finding it.
Finally, when You have uploaded Your VAT certificate and document of incorporation, just wait for the email notification about activation of selling options for You. Usually, it takes 1 business at most.
